Hi, I just wanted to thank your team for the great service I got last Friday. 
I ordered a safety harness and made a special request that it be delivered the same day to my place in Windsor.
When I got home it was there and it made all the difference to the job I had to do on the weekend. Thanks again - especially to the woman who took my order by phone and assured me she could get the delivery to happen.
