Jaguar Tools Pty Ltd provides you with a lifetime guarantee of quality.
Lifetime guarantee excludes disposable items and items that specify usage times, items also excluded are respirators/dust masks, gloves, drill bits, abrasive and metal disks, safety glasses and hearing protection unless proven to be defective from manufacturer.
We will guarantee the quality and performance of your product against any defects of material used and the workmanship of our products.
Our guarantee does not cover against normal wear and tear due to accessory usage or abuse and negligence or the use of any product inappropriate of its designated usage.
It is the obligation of the user to determine the correct choice and usage of our products.
Jaguar Tools Pty Ltd is limited to the cost of replacing and repairing of the failed product and will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or loss of profit for incorrect usage or abuse.
No liability will be incurred from failing to use the product usage properly,

Refund and Exchange Policy
Jaguar Tools take all care to ensure that product descriptions are correct and true. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they know the product size, colour and purpose prior to purchasing. Please contact us on 1300 524 866 should you require further information on products. Some products are available for viewing and samples may be arranged by contacting us.
It is at Jaguar Tools discretion to refuse exchanges or refunds.
If a customer requests a refund or exchange due to damaged or faulty goods the product will need to be assessed prior to acceptance of returning.
We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect.

Shipping and Freight Costs
Jaguar Tools will always try to maintain the lowest freight charges for our customers.
If due to delivery details, size of package or urgency of delivery our flat rate has to be adjusted, we will notify you for your approval.

Sydney Metropolitan Delivery
Orders must be placed by 9:30am (AEST) if requiring same day delivery. Delivery on same day will be there between 1.30pm-5.30pm. Orders placed after 9:30am will be delivered next day between 9am and 12pm. If you require an express service ordered after 9:30am the direct cost will be charged.
Service is our priority and Jaguar Tools will always aim for your products to be delivered on the same day.
Orders above $500 in Sydney metropolitan area delivery fee will be waivered except where it is an express service

Shipping and Freight Policy
Jaguar Tools are always seeking ways to keep our customers freight down to a minimum.
If freight does exceed our flat rate fees we will contact you to discuss the fees and to work out the best logistics solution.
- Orders will not be freighted until full payment is made, account customers excluded.
- The terms and conditions stated can only be varied once Jaguar Tools has accepted variation in any term received in writing and replied to by Jaguar Tools Pty Ltd.
- Please make sure you have provided the correct delivery details this will prevent any further freight fees.
- Risks in the use of any product purchased from Jaguar Tools Pty Ltd will be passed onto the purchaser on delivery of the goods.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to use any product responsibly.
- By entering our website and entering into an agreement with Jaguar Tools you have agreed with our terms and conditions.
- Ownership in the goods remains with Jaguar Tools Pty Ltd until full payment has been finalised.
- We will always try to use a freight method with tracking to avoid your products being lost in transit, however depending on the delivery address especially to remote areas this may not be possible at all times, in saying that Jaguar Tools will only use repeatable logistic companies.
- Jaguar Tools Pty Ltd will not hold liability for any claims by any third party, or defect of materials, late or non-delivery for reasons out of our control.
- Jaguar Tools Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss of profit by late or non-delivery that is out of our control.
- Jaguar Tools reserves the right to claim any costs incurred to claim in the event of non-payment or dishonoured payments.
- The purchaser authorises Jaguar Tools to follow up any references or credit checks required from any credit agency to assist in Jaguar Tools Pty Ltd opening a credit account for the purchaser.
- The purchaser agrees to abide by the specified term of credit; failing to pay on time specified, Jaguar Tools Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate the account without notice and will give the purchaser 7 days to finalise account. After this if account is not finalised Jaguar Tools will appoint a debt collector for recovery and all costs will be incurred by the purchaser.
- For remote areas Australia Post will most of the time be our freight provider.
- Pricing is in Australian dollars and excludes GST unless otherwise specified.
- The purchaser shall incur all costs required to claim any funds owed by Jaguar Tools Pty Ltd to the purchaser.
- It is your responsibility to not disclose your login identifier and password, if applicable. Your acceptance of a login identifier and password identifies that you have agreed not to disclose these details to any third party; termination of access to this site is at our discretion if this agreement is not accepted.
- Late delivery does not constitute a failure of cancellation of our agreement.
- If goods are delivered damaged Jaguar Tools will assess the situation as a warranty issue, please call us and then return goods within 14 days for replacement to be arranged.
- Cancellation should be notified immediately, we reserve the right to accept the cancellation at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to cancel the delivery of an order and hold no liability for any loss arising by our decision.
- Any products returned that are found to have no defects or damage will incur a freight cost.
- On entering our website you will be asked if you would like information and specials forwarded to you, this is your option.
- Jaguar Tools reserves the right to introduce a debt collector in the event that accounts are overdue by the required payment date.
- Acceptance of products and services by you is an automatic acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Price Match
Jaguar Tools will to the best of our ability price match with the competitors price, though we reserve the right to refuse if the competitors price is not in our best interest.
Tools for your Trade
Tools for you Trade bonus gift voucher is only available to 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year apprentices. Proof of their apprenticeship or traineeship must be displayed when purchasing.
Full price must be paid for all items when using Initiative payments and $160 voucher. No discounts or special prices will be applicable.
At least $800 is required to be spent in one transaction and full payment must be received at time of purchase to be able to qualify.
If the full $160 is not spent it is not redeemable for cash. Separate payments are permitted though gift certificates are only valid for 3 months.

Lay-by Policy
At Jaguar Tools we understand the importance of cash flow. We have for this reason introduced a lay-by system. Lay-bys however adhere to the following conditions.
- A deposit to the value of 20% of the total purchase price is required to begin a lay-by.
- Payments are to be made fortnightly.
- Lay-bys should not exceed a 3 month period.
- Failure to complete payments in the specified time makes the goods and the 20% deposit liable for forfeiture.
- A lay-by can be cancelled by the purchaser within the 3 month period however the 20% deposit is payable as a cancellation fee.
- Lay-by parcels cannot be broken or transferred without the 20% deposit being paid as a cancellation fee.
- Lay-by items cannot be exchanged or refunded after the 20% deposit has been paid.
Footwear Returns Policy
Any returns due to incorrect sizing or change of mind will incur a 15% re-stocking fee as well as freight charges if needed, this charge is automatically imposed by the manufacturer.
NRL Footy Tipping 2011 Season
Jaguar Tools & Safety Gear will be running a NRL footy tipping competition for the 2011 season.This competition is open to Jaguar Tools customers only, however it is at the discretion of Jaguar Tools Pty Ltd to refuse entry. Prizes will be in voucher form to be spent in one transaction only and will be valid for 3 months. Vouchers will be redeemable at Jaguar Tools for products only not cash and will not be available with any other specials or promotions.
No more than $1500 in vouchers can be won. Should a tie occur the following will happen.
3 or more way tie occur in 1st place:
- All vouchers, 1st, 2nd and 3rd will be added together and split evenly. 2nd and 3rd will no longer be won.
2 way tie occur in 1st place:
- The 1st and 2nd place vouchers will be added together and split evenly and 2nd place will be now third.
2 or more way tie in 2nd place:
- 2nd and 3rd place vouchers are added together and split evenly. There will no longer be a 3rd place.
